DISREGARD LAST EMAIL BY JC, WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS

I AM SO FREAKIN STIPID. i gave u guys and gals the wrong
email address so i will try this again. I forgot my
password to my account on Windows XP. IT is an
addministrative account. Now i can only sign in on the
Guest account, there must be a standard procedure b/c
apparently lots of ppl forget their passwords. IF U CAN
HELP ME EMAIL ME At
PLEASSSSE!!!!!!!!!!

Try this:

Home:
Start up in safe mode (F8 on startup)
Click "Administrator"
Use user accounts to change psswd

Pro:
At welcome screen, Ctrl + Alt + Del
Login as "Administrator"
Use User Accounts
