I hope this is a simple question. I am currently running
Windows XP home edition. How do I create an initial
login and password? I want to be able to do this when
the computer is turned on just like I am able to do at
work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I'm guessing you want to turn off Windows Logon.
Control Panel>User Accounts
"Change the way users log on or off"
Uncheck "use the welcome screen"
