I do not understand xp. How do you configure the
computer so that my husband controls the entire set-up ?
Isn't there a way to create a computer-owner "account"
which has access to EVERY aspect of the
computer/files.... more so than an
administrator "account" ?

He should be able to, yes, spy on the kids files, their
temporary internet files, history files, and control
access to it all.

I am certain this is a basic function of xp..... but i
certainly missed the avenue when the computer was first
started.

Any insight... at a VERY basic level... is extrememly
appreciated !
