hello, did you get a response?

I too, have an account restriction problem all of a
sudden...I put AOL8.0 plus, and now my system is whacko...

I tried to go in to safemode, user accts. I could remove
one account password, but no option to change the
password on my administrator acct. Don't realize I may
have set something a few days ago?

Will I have to take off windowsXP and reload it, just
wondering if you found out....thanks

Brenda;
Reboot to Safe Mode.
Select an Administrator that is not the account you refer to.
Then go to User Accounts in Control Panel.
Select the user.
Choose the option to delete or change the password as desired.
