How to uninstall Win XP

Hi there!

I currently have Chinese WinXP installed but I'd like to
have English WinXP version instead. How can I do it?

Purchase an English version of Windows XP and do a clean install.

Boot with the XP CD that you wish to install, and as part of setup, format
the existing XP partition.
