Network Printer

I have am trying to connect to a network printer using Ubuntu 9.10 on a
Windows 7 PC using samba. The issue is when Samba finds the PC and I
click on to the PC it asks me for an Authentication Password.

The Windows 7 PC does not have a password. So I leave it black and OK
and the Authentication fails.... Any thoughts about what can I do in my
Ubuntu (9.10) or the Windows 7 PC to be able to pass the password?

Try this:

Open Network and Sharing Centre on the Win 7 PC.
Click on change advanced sharing settings.
Turn on file and printer sharing, and turn off password protected sharing.
