-> Do not cache thumbnails... where is it???

Hi,
in XP you had the opportunity (in the folder option area) to
click "do not cache thumbnails" in order to have your hard disk
scattered with thumbs.db files.

Disappeared from Seven

Any way to get that? Any registry key to set?
