The subject Microsoft updates were installed on my HP
Pavilion Pc and after turning back on AOL could not be
loaded. A window asking me to contact Microsoft to report
the problem came up but since I could not address the
internet I could not comply. (I am using a different
machine to contact you now.) It appears that the modem is
missing! The machine has a Pentium 4 at 2.4 gh. along with
xp home edition. Is there a problem with the subject
update with my combination Pc and Windows XP? Jim
