X rated sites

X rated sites pop up even though i am not on line. i have
been trying to get rid of them. i did not order this
stuff. when you go into a guest site it pops up too this
belongs to my grandchildren 8 and 10. i cant get rid of
it.AOL said i have to have my registry changed. please
help,
