When I got my computer I was able to add favorites in
Internet Explorer. I am unable to now due to a message
that I do not have sufficient rights. I have XP Home and
have checked that I logon to an administrator. All there
is, ia owner and guest. Owner is the administrator. I
also have the same problem when I try to run Live Update
in Norton Anti virus.
