I have the following problem below.
The reply that i recived works, but The computer will be
delivered to a school. Therefor the computer needs to be
able to install .exe files from the server. as there are
many programs to go on.
Do you know what settings to change on IE, to be able to
download of the server

I believe that what you experience in the first case is due
to some setting in the IE security. IMO the best solution
for you is to place the zip exe file, and whatever else is
needed (XP service and patches) onto a CD, wirte a small
batch file that automates installing all of these that are
on
the CD, and set the CD up to autorun the install batch.
Then you just put in the CD and walk away (assuming
you have the batch so it installs everything silently).
This is far better than changing the IE security settings
from their defaults, and forgetting to (or worse, never
intending to) change them back before delivering the
system to the eventual owner.
