problem with secure sites

All the secure sites require you to run browser having
cipher strength of 128 bit.

Verify that your browser is having cipher strength of 128
bit. To do this from the help menu in IE click IE.

IF you see 0 bit cipher strength, go to
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q261/3/28

or eles download the 128-bit encrypaction pack from here
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/recommended/
