Administrator/Users

I have a home computer, using XP Home. I created a user
account, as did my daughter. Now I have no administrator
access. How do I fix it so that I am the administrator,
and not just a user?

Greetings --

Reboot into Safe Mode, log in using the built-in Administrator
account, and assign your normal user account administrative
privileges.
