When I boot the computer I recieve several notices that
services aren't opening or starting. It I try to start
boot with a user/power user I recieve the messages:
Can't open service control manager, can't create driver
service, can't open driver service, can't load
AsmiHwIo.dll. If I boot with administrator privliges
there are not popup notifications?
What is causing this?
