System will not remember some site passwords

My Yahoo site along with a few others require me to enter
my log on and password everytime I start my pc...other
sites remember them...any suggestions on the fix...

Secure sites do not remember passwords. If the URL is like:
https://www.mysite.com , it is a secure site and the password is
encrypted when it is sent. To have the password remembered would
defeat the entire security scheme. The user name might be
remembered but not the password. If you check a box that this is a
public computer, neither the user name nor the password is
remembered. This would happen if you are using a computer at the
library or renting time on a computer in a hotel or at an airport.
