No security permissions

Your drive is probally FAT32 now. You need to convert
your drive to NTFS file format to see the "Security" tab
and set perrmissions on all the folders on the drive.
With FAT32 you can only very simply secure your own
folder in "Documents and Settings" folder and nothing
else.
