It is a Trojan virus prob through e-mail.
go to here and download
http://microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?
FamilyId=2354406C-C5B6-44AC-9532-
3DE40F69C074&displaylang=en
then Download one of these and run it

Trojan
look for msblast in your startup i think this is the
file, do a search for it and rename it
since my mate did patch and msblast rename he has been ok
