IE fails to start under standard user profiles (XP Pro)

IE fails to start under standard users profiles on XP Pro.
( 3 Standard User Profiles on this machine, 1 Admin)
Admin works fine, no problems. When IE trys to start it
stops and wants to send a report to MS. I even did a
restore to a week prior. No Help.. Im tired of scratching
my head and my butt looks like this chair.. Help me out
if you can ..
