How to Use Windows 7's Backup Tools in Windows 8?

I want to create a desktop icon so I can directly access the so-called
'windows 7 backup' that apparently is included in windows 8. It is
there, and I can execute it, but I had to search for it. Can I make a
shortcut?

Yes.

I forgot how, but I had to bump around the Windows 8 Control Panel
interfaces to finally find the defrag icon (exactly the same crap I HATED
about Windows 7 [Home Premium, which came loaded on the machine] and then I
sent a shortcut to the desktop... maybe it was a right-click interface.
Shoot, I might have done it from the *\Windows\ folder... I also sent a
task manager shortcut to desktop via that method. I mean, WTF is up that
"improvement" to the 3-finger salute? (If you're using a touch screen, you
probably have to put your BUTTOCKS up to the screen. NO! I take that
back. Microsoft are not that type of peeple. Are they?)

In hinny-sight, this defeats my objective to assimilate teh logic being
perpetuated by the Microsoft genuises who promulgated this arrangement.
(There should be immediate and credible scientific research to see if the
latest rash of mass-murder-shooters were using Window 7 or 8, and then if
there's any intentional or unintentional subliminal and/or overt brain
programming going on via innocent usages of these "new" operating systems
and/or networks.... etc. Mostly because Windows XP worked near perfectly,
so why not just keep improving it?! Note for literalists: the final
question was either rhetorical or ironic. I'm not sure which, because I'm
not a grammar-Gnat-zee.)

It's the future, so we MUST embrace it.
