Try these tips from MVP Kelly:

Right click the My Computer Icon/Properties/Remote. Uncheck both boxes.

Go to Start/Run and type in: services.msc. Scroll down to Remote Procedure
Call (RPC)/Logon/First Failure/Restart the Service.
