the way to fix the rpc error message

Go to

toward the bottom of the page and there are links for
each operating system. Choose the operating system that
you have and click the link...it will take you the
microsoft download site where you can click download for
the patch...open the patch....then once it is finished
downloading it...install it and restart the
computer...that will fix your problem
What happened is that your computer has a virus which has
rapidly spread to many people. So this method will fix it.

Patching your system does not remove the worm. See

for instructions on removal.

Download patch and firewall as per MS03-026. Disconnect from Internet.
Patch, firewall, and clean. Rescan for worm. If clean, then reattach to
Internet.

Move quickly. Your computer is vulnerable to further exploit while
infected and you don't want your computer participating in the massive
denial-of-service attacks that are likely to start in the next day or
two.
