What is the ASP.NET user?

This just showed up in my users list in the control panel
and I have no idea what it is for. I did run the Windows
update and install updates, so assume it was created
during one of the updates, but I have no idea why. It
only shows up in the Control Panel, not as a user account
to sign-in under. I tried searching the knowledge base
and, while it was referenced several times, I couldn't
find anything that explained this in plain English.

It resulted from the installation of the .Net Framework v1.1
The KB is being adjusted to reflect info on this.
If you have Home, or Pro without IIS installed, then AFAIK
it is being installed by mistake, but it is also harmless.
