I solved it by going to User Accounts and adding a new
user, since I was still an Administrator on my PC.
The only difficult part has been copying over all my
settings from the Documents and Settings of my old user ID.
I hope someone else can use this because it took me about
20 hours to figure this out, and it was so easy in the end.
