Cannot enable shared access
Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified

When I try to share my dial up network on my network it gives me this error.
I don't know what to do about it i've never seen that error and when I
google it, I can't find any help.
I checked my event log's and it doesn't give me any error's just information
and all it says is it shuts down the service's application layer gateway and
ICS/ICF and the application layer restarts. What should I do? Any patches to
fix it? or registry edits? Anything you suggest I could probably do. Please
help me I have been messing with this for like 3 days now and got nothing.
Thanks for the help.

Only thing I found that might help:

CAUSE

This problem can occur if the Internet Protocol (IP) address 192.168.0.1 is
already in use on another computer on your network. When you enable ICS,
your computer is assigned the 192.168.0.1 IP address, and if this address is
already in use on another computer, the error message listed earlier in this
article is generated.
RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, disconnect the computer using the 192.168.0.1
IP address from the network, or change its IP address to something other
than 192.168.0.1
