**** You need to make sure you have a FIREWALL enabled ****

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: FIREWALL , and hit enter.
Click on the topic titled "Enable or Disable Internet Connection =
Firewall".

Right now I'm good for about three minutes then I get to reboot... Thanks by
