Sytem Shutdown

Windows keeps shutting down on me
Box comes up that says:
System Shutdown
The system is shutting down, close all programs...
The shutdown was initiated by: NT Authority\system
Windows must now restart because the remote procedure
call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly

This computer is on a network and it seems to be
spreading to other computers
Please Help!!!
