How to make a boot disk or 'rescue disk' in XP? I noted this is not a
Control Panel feature like in previous versions.

Hi,
Right-click the A drive in Windows Explorer, choose format. A boot disk is
one of the options. Please note that a dos boot diskette will not allow you
to work on an NTFS file system. To use a boot disk to load the WinXP disk,
use the boot disks described here:
Home edition:
