Hello, i am currenty trying to set up our Windows XP Pro
environment that we are then going to Ghost and copy to
the other 100+ computers in the building. My problem is
that i am not able to set the preferred DNS server or
Proxy server to what i need them to be for all users. If
i change it on a specific machine for a specific user it
will work fine, but i want it to be set up for ALL users
on ALL machines. It will become quite a hassle if i have
to go change the settings on each of our 100+ computers
everytime someone logs onto it for the first time
(everyone doesn't have a 'set' computer so chances are
good that they could be logging into a different computer
everyday). Any ideas on what i could do would be GREATLY
appreciated, i have tried some settings in the Group
Policy but nothing seems to help at all. Thanks again.
