I have an original version of XP Pro Upgrade and I no
longer have the computer. In fact, I rebuilt and loaded
ME on the computer before I gave it to somebody. Can I
now use the XP Pro upgrade that I have on another
computer and activate it?
Please help!

Assuming this is a retail and not an OEM version or version supplied by some
manufacturer, the answer is yes. When activating, you possibly will be
presented with a phone number to call. Simply tell them what you've done
and they will give you a new activation number over the phone.
