using windows xp home edition, how does i get the security
tab to appear to display ntfs permissions. according to
ms kn, you must clear the check on "use simple file
sharing"; however, this option is not an option. I can
get to ntfs permissions only via safe mode--i would like
to have access to ntfs permissions during a normal windows
session

Safe Mode is it for Windows XP Home.
Simple File Sharing is hardwired in Home and there is no option to
disable.
