Can't find the update for Microsoft VM

I have been trying to get into a specific sight, and it
keeps telling me that my java is disabled. I called
Comcast to see if they could help me, and come to find
out, I don't have the Microsoft VM on my computer. I
have been searching for about 1/2 hour now to update
this. I keep finding info on it, but when I get to the
update page, I can't find any link for it! Please help!
