administrator rights

i'm trying to load a program and get the message that i
dont have administrator rights. when i login to windows i
am the only user. when i go to my computer/manage/local
users and groups/users, there is administrator / guest /
windows (the one that i login with) if i go to control
panel/ users accounts i am the only user and are computer
administrator and password protected. and guests is
turned of. so how do i get the administrator right?
