Robert, the majority of the time you would get a good
response to your questions but occasionally you get an
idiot on the NG.
For MS Word questions, it would be easier to place your
questions on the Word NG as they are the gurus there.
Please don't let one bad experience turn you off the NG as
it is a great source of information and most of the time
your questions will be answered (unless no one knows the
answer of course. (just ignore the idiots).
