I'm not sure if this is both an XP and a browser question. If only
browser, sorry for OT.

Is there an alternative way to do the equivalent of F11?

I found a tiny wireless keyboard
http://www.amazon.com/FAVI-FE02RF-BL-Wireless-Keyboard-SmartStick/dp/B0090BTY8Y/ref=dp_ob_title_ce
or maybe its previous model or both, which doesn't have F9 - F12.

I want it for watching computer stuff on TV away from the computer and
F11 is the key used in web browsers to make the useful screen bigger,
getting rid of most or all of the taskbar and stuff at the top. So
F11 is essential for what I want.

Another way to get it?

As an aside, do you know a wireless keyboard/mouse that really works
even at 40 feet?

F11 is Full Screen, for those programs that are programmed to use that
keystroke.

Try Alt-Spacebar + X to Maximize the window, and Alt-Spacebar + R to
Restore it to the previous size. It's not exactly the same thing as
Full-screen, but it may do what you want.

looking at the picture in the link, it appears the 9-12 Fn keys are
down one row.

Via keystrokes:
Alt+V (show View menu)
F (hotkey in View menu to select Full Screen)
Or just use the mouse to navigate through the menus (after hitting Alt
to show the menus).

To exit full screen mode:
Alt+V (to show View menu)
F (hotkey to toggle full screen view)

That pic is easier to see the keycap labels than the pic at Amazon.
Yep, F1 to F7 are in the top row and F8 to F12 are on the right end of
the next key row down. However, for all of them, the OP will have to
press the Fn+<fkey> combo to use the F-keys.

Sure enough. Thank you. I should go through all the drop down menus
and all the manuals for all the stuff I'm using, to see what I didn't
learn when I started.

Nil, your directions would maximize the window, but I already keep all
my windows maximized, if they can to it. I wanted to get rid of
distractions from the video. Thanks anyhow.

That will teach me to believe the review (unless the review was for the
older model, but no matter because you showed me Alt-V-F.

Even after you told me it was there, I could only enlarge the picture
enough to almost see it, to see it knowing it was there.

Yes, that one's crystal clear.

Right.

Thanks to both of you.
