RPC error-still need help please

I've got the same problem, except it takes place about 5
minutes after starting up. Any help from anyone would be
gratefully appreciated!

Open a command prompt then type and execute the following command.
C:\WINDOWS>shutdown -a now
This should give you the time you need to fix it.
