when i try 2 enter certain websites a popup comes up
sayin ' your current active x security settings prohibit
you from running this page. some immages may not appear
correctly' or something like that. How can i fix this
because its really annoying me!!! could someone please
contact me and help me please!!

You need to go inot your internet explorer properties and enable active x
scripts. Security tab>custom level.

Put those sites in your Trusted zone. A convenient way to do this is to
use the extra menu items installed by Microsoft Internet Explorer 5
