Does multi-monitor still work after upgrading? Does it work using multi-
desktops? Does it add any additional functionality

Does TV-Out off video card still work after upgrading? Does that stay
true for videos also and nit just your desktop? As an example, if using
a TV as second monitor can I still display the video full screen on the
tv. I don't trust MS to not kill that feature given it means it makes it
easy to copy anything I can get displayed using hardware dvd recorder.

Are the dialog boxes to select Playback and Recording devices still so
restrictive and difficult to use, e.g. can you easily turn off the auto-
detect what's plugged in feature and have things like both headphones
and speakers work at same time?

Is it still really difficult to change what midi device to use, e.g. use
my piano or electric drums instead of the sound cards midi capability?

Seems to me all these features have become more difficult to control and
more restrictive in what one can do ever since Win98SE so I'm cautious
of upgrading when all that is so important to me.

Dual monitors didn't work for me when I tried windows 10, as the
graphics card I have does not have any updated drivers for dual monitors
in win10, so I switched back to windows 8.1.
