Hi, anytime that turn on my pc and arrive in the pin screen, numlock is
off, although in bios are on.
I found online a post for change the registry value
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Keyboard\InitialKeyboardIndicators in
2 but nothing is changed and the only way for to use numeric keypad is
press the button to turn it on every boot.
In window 7 it never happened, you know help me solve?

Something that worked in older versions of Windows may work for you in
Win10, too. Make sure your numlock is on, then shut Windows down. Don't
merely reboot, shut it down and power off. Once you get to the Pin screen,
give it a few seconds and see if the indicator comes on.

When you first boot up, is the indicator on (after POST), then turns off?

I noticed that shortly after upgrading 8.1 Pro to 10 Pro..
The last two days, without any changes the NumLock remains active and On
after a Restart or Cold Start.
- possibly the last Cumulative Update added some under-the-hood code
to resolve it (wouldn't be the first time MSFT packaged an o/s patch
with a security update)
