All Programs Menu

I used to be able to right click anywhere on the All
Programs menu and select Sort, (among other options) That
facitity now seems to have dissappeared. When I right
click I now get nothing. Any ideas, anyone ?

Right click the Start button, select properties. Click the Customize button
and make sure Enable dragging and dropping is checked.
