Windows XP Kicking off after 30 seconds

Don't know whats going on but its happening on at least
three of our machines here at my office. The message i am
recieving is
NT\AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
REMOTE PROCESSOR CALL
SERVICE HAS TERMINATED
WINDOWS MUST NOW RESTART

If anybody has an idea please let me know. Thank you for
anybody who has an idea.
