Me

I have an hp pavillion 414uk and would appreciate some help with a problem I
have. There is a file on my computer called ps2.exe which is in the
windows\system32 folder. Does anyone know what this file does because when
I startup my computer in the morning it stops as soon as it sees the file it
says that it has encountered a problem and needs to close. Once this file
has been closed windows runs perfectly and I can continue with what I am
doing. I would like to delete this file so I don't have this issue every
time I start\restart my computer. Would it be safe to do this?

Could it be a pop up stopper?
