try to log in as local admin on the server & then add
rights to our account...
If the problem is really serious try "parallel recovery",
where you install a fresh copy of windows XP without
removing the old one, and add you as an administrator,
right-click on my mycomputer select manage, go to Disk
Management select the right partition, click on
properties and then share it, once you have shared the
Disk, the computer will assign security to that Disk,
right click on security tab --> select advanced button and
then take ownership of other user/administrator.
Find control panel --> administrative tools .
good luck
