I have OutlookExpress 6 0n road runner.I want to send &
receive mp3s & pix but my local service has a limit of
only 3M!In the help menu of oex there is a description of
how to break a large file into smaller ones, but, oex6
does not seem to have the crucial last step. What
happened? Can anybody help me? I would be most grateful.
Thanks in advance... Jim

The email system was not really designed for sending large files - that's
what ftp is for.
The easiest way I've found to do this to friends and family is to use the
file transfer function in an instant messenger such as Windows, MSN or
Yahoo. Probably AOL , ICQ and others do it to.
Of course the other party has to be online at the time, but for large size
transfers (especially if you both use a broadband connection) it's
unbeatable. Plus the *R+I*A+A* need know nothing about it ;), Not that
anyone I know's doing anything they would be interested in. No way, no how.
Hope this helps
