I have an Icon that is on the desktop that I cannot remove
It is labeled (~) and cannot be opened. How Do I remove
this Icon. I remember having to rename it and put it in
some other file but I don't remember where

Hi Mark,
It's a bug from a recent Windows Update. It is actually a copy of your
address book. You can delete the file, but it will return each time you open
the address book. Microsoft is aware of the problem, but a fix has not been
released yet.
