I have an new hp laptop. When I boot the system it starts
to load the Windows XP Home software. It loads ok until
it gets to the blue screen with the Microsoft Windows logo
on it and then it just hangs up and stops. I have tryed
to start in safe mode but it gets to the same screen and
locks up again. I have tryed several options under the
safe mode starup and they all lockup. This is the second
time it has happened, the first time I had to reinstall XP
which messed up some of my software programs and I had to
reload them all. Is their an simpler way to correct this
problem. Thanks for any help.
