Isass.exe question

Hi,

I got a laptop running Windows XP and yesterday I just got
this message after i start the machine.

"Isass.exe-System error-when try to update a password,
this return status indicates that the value provide as
current password is not correct"

after the message, it automatically restart again.

may i know what has happened and how to get rid of it?
