Using Windows XP Home edition where would I found out what
virus scan I am using and how would I run it?

If you don't know the answer, you probably have none. Neither
Windows XP, nor any other version of Windows, comes with a virus
scanner. You need to buy one (or choose a free one) and install
it yourself.

Hi Barbara,
Go here, http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_index.php , and get their free
anti-virus program. It's very easy to setup and operate. I used it in
conjunction with Norton's Anti-virus and personal firewall. The two don't
conflict with each other.
