My virus software tells me that I have a virus, but I
can't do anything with the file. It's in my C:\windows
folder, but every time I try to clean it or delete it or
anything it tells me that either the disk is full or it's
write-protected. I can't figure out how to turn it off
so I can delete the file. I tried making it not read-
only but that doesn't make any difference. Any
suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks :-))
