Hi, hope you can help I have a XP pro OS, i installed
PaperPort viewer so I can view scan images. The problem I
have is I can only open them from the application, If I
try to open from the directory it comes up with Viewer
Doesn't Support This Type of Document XP. Do you have any
ideas? The PC in question has the latest patches and
service packs.

Thanks Jim but this is a company of 150 workstations and
only one has this problem. Need to figure out why he can't
open scan documents from the Directort but can open them
using the application PaperPort Viewer
