i have no desktop or taskbar

I have no desktop or taskbar. i think i had the worm but
i think i have fixed that nt authority shutdown. but
now i don't have a desktop or taskbar. i can only acces
programs thru ctrl-alt-del with new tasks please help me.

Please describe what stesp you took. Also, have you tried Safe mode yet?
Does that work?
